After college, Kelli enjoyed an award-winning career as she worked her way up from entry-level, to Manager, Director, and ultimately Vice President of Business Development increasing the company’s bottom line and interfacing with C-Level executives of many top Fortune 100 companies.  After her life took a drastic turn, Kelli took a hiatus from the business world to help her daughter fight an arduous battle with pediatric cancer and then a painful divorce.  After her daughter’s remission, Kelli was now a solo mother of 3 daughters (then all under the age of 7) and many watched as she embarked on a personal and professional journey of rediscovery.

As an Executive who has mastered being a solo parent both in corporate America and as an entrepreneur, Kelli is now an internationally renowned Certified Life and Relationship Coach, Speaker, and 2-time critically acclaimed author.  As a motivator and subject matter expert, Kelli has appeared on countless television networks, magazines, and radio shows as her goal is to help leaders (women and men) who are solo parents thrive in their careers and personal lives by teaching them how to succeed at both.
